We’re not your average farm shop, and we’re not trying to be. Tucked into Unit 8 of Mold Indoor Market, we’re the place where Welsh producers, ridiculously good cheese, and a bit of bloody-minded stubbornness collide. Every single thing on our shelves has a face behind it — an actual person who grew it, made it, reared it, or occasionally fermented it in a shed somewhere in North Wales. No mystery supply chains, no “local-ish,” no faceless multipack anything. If we wouldn’t eat it, you won’t find it here.

We’re organic where it counts, honest where it matters, and a bit obsessed with doing things the proper way even when the easy way is right there. That’s the “stubborn” bit. The “built different” bit is everything else — from our veg boxes to our nose-to-tail lamb to the fact you can genuinely watch us pick your dinner on TikTok before you buy it.
